Bridget
I'm Bridget, your trusted real estate advisor, and design consultant. I grew up in a military family, surrounded by real estate talk! I finally made it my career in 2007. Now, I'm licensed in VA, DC, and MD, and I've helped over 300 clients meet their real estate goals. My specialty is helping home sellers prepare, stage, and successfully sell their home for top dollar. I work primarily by referral and have a raving client base.
Bonus: most of my clients have become friends after settlement!
When I'm not renovating homes, or helping clients re-design their kitchens or bathrooms, you'll find me traveling to South America or Europe with my husband, or sipping on a glass of Pinot, by the lake with our dog Sophie. I'm excited you're here, and can't wait to work with you!
Sandy
Sandy is a military spouse and avid home renovator and stager! She assists with the day-to-day renovations on our projects, and makes sure our projects are moving along smoothly! Sandy has moved over 20+ times in her life, and was staging properties before it was popular. She is tenacious in her work, and has a high standard for how our projects turn out.
Ernie
Ernie is a retired Marine Corps veteran, and has been buying and renovating homes with Sandy since the 80's! They were renovating and selling homes before it was popular. Ernie helps behind the scenes with estimates, contracts, and the nuts and bolts of our renovations!
